Then why are we doing this?
Well, to help others, newer and/or less experienced and/or from far regions of the world that don’t have the privilege we have to be able to be staffed at major events without a certification or help from others. That’s the start point, but I hope it can turn into so much more in the future.

The judge community has given me so much since I was a teenager. Judges from around the world have taught me invaluable hard and soft skills, ethics, different cultures, and languages. Most importantly, they have helped shape me into the person I am today. Now, it's my turn to give back.

My experience might not be much Magic-wise, there's many judges that have seen way more things than I have, but I have been for multiple years and still am in the executive board of a chess club in my city and I believe that, when it comes to making sure associations stay afloat, this have honed my ability to navigate complex problems, collaborate effectively, and build programs that benefit the community as a whole.
